Return Eligibility    
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be satisfied:  

  • The item must remain unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.    
     
  • Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact and included.    
     
  • The product should show no signs of wear, wash, or alteration.    
     
  • A return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.    
     
  • You must notify our support team within the specified 48-hour window.  


Returns that fail to meet these criteria will not be accepted.    
 

Steps to Initiate a Return

  2. Include Supporting Photos (if required)    
    • In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, attach clear photographs to help us verify your request quickly.    
       
  3. Follow the Return Instructions    
    • Once your return is approved, we will share detailed guidelines on how to send the product back.  

Please note: Returns that do not comply with these terms may be refused.    
 

Refund Procedure & Timeline  

  • After we receive your returned item, it will undergo inspection to confirm eligibility.    
     
  • You will be informed whether the refund request has been approved or declined.    
     
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
